We are a dropshipper, not the supplier
Cookovate does not manufacture or hold these products in its own warehouse. When you place an order with us, nothing is bought at that moment — you are giving us the order. We then purchase the item from our supplier on your behalf and have it shipped to your address in the UAE.
This is why we confirm every order by phone or message before dispatch, and why delivery takes 2–4 working days rather than being same-day. It also means stock and pricing follow our supplier: if an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will tell you straight away and refund you in full.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes. Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders across the UAE, so you can pay when your order arrives.
How long does delivery take?
Typically 2–4 working days depending on your emirate. Your confirmed estimate is shared when we call to confirm the order.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, tracking and delivery updates are sent to the contact details you provided at checkout.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Unused items can be returned within 7 days of delivery in their original packaging. Contact us to start a return.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Message us with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging, and we will replace or refund it.
